Stopped in on a Saturday around 4pm and there was a 20 minute wait. We were called in about 15 mins. Our server Alicia was super sweet and friendly. My biggest impression was, I had 2 modifications on my pizza and when the server (not Alicia) went to sit it down she double checked the tickets and said "no, you requested xyz". She apologized and carried it back to be fixed. That impressed me because I always think " man no one looks at these tickets, before dropping the food off?". Alicia was apologetic and kept checking on my pizza. I had the Tavern chicago 7 and a kids cheese pizza ,fries, and mozzarella sticks. My pizza was really good and so were the cheese sticks and fries were okay. My son didn't really care for the pizza but like the fries. He wanted his pizza to crunch like mine lol. We'd come back and he probably wouldn't want the kids menu lol and he said Alicia was super nice and more people need to be like her!

My family always enjoys going to Old Chicago. We regularly do take out. Recently, Old Chicago gave us the wrong food when we did take out. The management was very easy to work with and they gave me a full refund for my order. The management made me feel heard and appreciated as a customer. They 100% owned their mistake and did not blame anyone else. The food at Old Chicago is great and they care about their customers.

I stopped here with a couple of friends on the way home from a road trip. Nice big open floor restaurant. Reminds me a bit of a sports bar. The bar sits in the middle of the floor. This place has plenty of seating. I wanted a salad badly and they delivered. It was nice and fresh. It even had cucumbers. A lot of places don't give you cucumbers anymore. We also ordered pizza. For some reason, I do not have pictures of the food. I can tell you that I darn near swallowed a slice pretty quick, y so that should tell you it was delicious. The service was very good too. Our server was there in an instant to get us set up. We appreciated her accommodating our table. Go ahead and give this spot a go if you are riding through this area.

We had a great experience here! Food tasted amazing, the building is beautiful, and service is going to be great. There was a short wait, but it was less than they told us. Our waitress was very attentive. They were out of a few things we wanted to order, but we understand growing pains. Their lunch and happy hour specials are priced really well! My husband and I ordered 2 5 pub pizzas, the spinach artichoke dip, the twisted tender sandwich, and Ma’s lasagna. Everything was so good! The fries and ranch are to die for! We will definitely be back when it slows down a little!

Great atmosphere, great food options, delicious food, and a great beer selection. Super duper recommended. I am going back and am slowly going to go through the beers. Definitely recommend the flights which are 5 for 4 different picks. This place is pretty cost efficient and great for dates and pro tip if you have Costco membership, you can get a gift card for here at a discount :) enjoy!! I definitely did!

Initially we try to go on Friday night around 7:00pm and was told there was a 1.5-2hrs wait, which is understandable since it’s a new restaurant and on a Friday night. We decided we would try on the following day for lunch. We were greeted at the door and was promptly seated. Our Waitress Jamie was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She didn’t check on us a lot so we could enjoy our food but check on us enough that we stayed satisfied. We ordered our drinks and some fried pickles. If you like extra crispy pickles these are the ones for you. It comes with a sweet chili dipping sauce. I ordered a side Cesar salad which, is one of the best I have had in a long time and my wife agreed. We split a deep dish pepperoni pizza. The pizza had a good crunch and good flavor. We will definitely be going back.

My family and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had a 30-minute wait, which was not bad and to be expected for a Saturday. The service was great. Our waiter was attentive and offered his suggestions. The food was awesome. We ordered several different things and I couldn't decide which I liked the best. The atmosphere was upbeat and what you'd expect in a sportsbar. I highly recommend and will be back.

We had a fantastic experience at Chicago Pizza and Taproom during our visit to Atlanta! A special shout-out has to go to our server, Brandon. It was apparently his first day after training, but he was absolutely excellent - genuinely interested in chatting with us Brits visiting the city and incredibly helpful, even assisting with sharing out mains for our fussy kids! That kind of service makes a real difference. The pizza itself was truly fantastic, and they have a good selection of beers too. It's a great venue overall with a good atmosphere. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps add a few more craft hazy beers to the menu for IPA fans like myselt. Highly recommend this spot for great food and standout service! We'd definitely return.
